Mike explains WHY and HOW winner-take-all elections are damaging the Republican Party, causing the presentation of party candidates the voters did not select through popular vote. OF COURSE those in charge would recommend NOT to pass this GOP Constitutional ammendment, for it is better in their mind to keep the current system intact to maintain status quo.(Sorry people, status quo isn't cutting it any more. All you have to do is watch TV to see that.) It is highly suggested you watch the video (14.5-minutes) and understand the issue prior to casting your vote. DO NOT case a "Nay" vote merely because the "establishment" says so. It is your job as a delegate to study the issue and make an informed decision. LET'S TURN THIS GOP PARTY INTO A WINNING PARTY!
